Return and Refund Policy
Right of Withdrawal Under EU Directive 2011/83/EU, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period expires 14 days from the day you (or a third party indicated by you) receive the last item of your order.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you can contact us electronically at postmaster@artigianostudio.it or by submitting a return request through your customer account. Your request must be sent before the 14-day period expires.
Exceptions — Custom and Personalised Items The right of withdrawal does not apply to goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalised. This includes all custom embroidered patches and made-to-order products produced by Artigiano Studio. By placing a custom order, you acknowledge that it is exempt from the right of withdrawal.
Return Conditions For eligible returns, items must be in the same condition as received — unworn, unused, with tags, and in original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.

Return Shipping Costs Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, except where the return is due to an error on our part or a defective item. You will be informed of this cost before completing your purchase.
Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we will issue a refund within 14 days using the same payment method used for the original purchase.

Politica di Reso e Rimborso
Diritto di Recesso Ai sensi della Direttiva UE 2011/83/UE, hai il diritto di recedere dal tuo acquisto entro 14 giorni senza fornire alcuna motivazione. Il periodo di recesso scade 14 giorni dal giorno in cui tu (o un terzo da te indicato) ricevi l'ultimo articolo del tuo ordine.
Per esercitare il diritto di recesso, puoi contattarci elettronicamente all'indirizzo postmaster@artigianostudio.it oppure inviando una richiesta di reso tramite il tuo account cliente. La richiesta deve essere inviata prima della scadenza del periodo di 14 giorni.
Eccezioni — Articoli Personalizzati Il diritto di recesso non si applica ai beni realizzati su misura o chiaramente personalizzati. Ciò include tutte le patch ricamate personalizzate e i prodotti su ordinazione realizzati da Artigiano Studio. Effettuando un ordine personalizzato, il cliente riconosce che questo è escluso dal diritto di recesso.
Condizioni di Reso Per i resi ammissibili, gli articoli devono essere nelle stesse condizioni in cui sono stati ricevuti — non indossati, non utilizzati, con etichette e nella confezione originale. È richiesta la prova d'acquisto.

Spese di Spedizione del Reso Le spese di spedizione per il reso sono a carico del cliente, salvo nei casi in cui il reso sia dovuto a un errore da parte nostra o a un articolo difettoso. Sarai informato di questo costo prima di completare l'acquisto.
Rimborsi Una volta ricevuto e verificato il reso, emetteremo il rimborso entro 14 giorni utilizzando lo stesso metodo di pagamento usato per l'acquisto originale.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products such as special orders or personalized items. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
