Available Sizes

• Small: 80 mm × 80 mm
• Medium: 90 mm × 90 mm
• Large: 100 mm × 100 mm

We recommend a maximum of 10–12 characters for the Large size. The text will automatically be adjusted to the patch dimensions.

Attachment Options

• Iron-On – quick iron-on application
• Sew-On – permanent attachment on any fabric
• Hook only (Velcro) – compatible with loop surfaces
• Hook & Loop (Velcro) – complete removable system

How to Order

After purchase, send us a message with the following information:

1. Background color – default: white (see photo for available options)
2. Border color – default: black
3. Text color – default: red
4. Text to embroider – required
5. Font style – default: font no. 1 (see photo for samples)

If no preferences are provided, we will use the default settings.

⚠️ Please check the text and colors carefully before submitting your order. Refunds cannot be offered for text errors once production has started.

Iron-On Application

1. Set iron to cotton-linen (no steam)
2. Place the patch with the adhesive side on the fabric
3. Cover with a thin cloth, silicone paper, or a towel
4. Press firmly for 35–45 seconds (do not move the iron)
5. Let cool, then iron from the opposite side
6. Wash inside out in the washing machine on a gentle cycle; air dry

Do not apply to nylon, vinyl, or leather. Do not tumble dry. Do not bleach.

Shipping

• Italy: Poste Italiane (3–7 business days)
• Europe and International: Poste Italiane (7–14 business days)
• Any customs duties outside the EU are the responsibility of the buyer.

Returns

We accept returns within 15 days for unused items in their original condition. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer, unless the item is defective. Please contact us before returning any item.
