Create your own custom tactical morale patch with your choice of name and flag, made with high-quality thread and tight stitching in our studio in Italy. Perfect for jackets, vests, EDC backpacks, and outdoor gear. Price is for a single patch.

Available measurements

• Small: 57 mm × 70 mm
• Medium: 69 mm × 85 mm
• Large: 77 mm × 95 mm

We recommend a maximum of 10–12 characters for the Large size. The text will be automatically adjusted to fit the patch dimensions.

Fastening options

• No backing (Raw) – ideal for sewing onto any surface
• Iron-on (Heat-seal/Iron-on) – quick application with an iron
• Full Velcro (Hook & Loop) – complete removable system
• Loop side Velcro – compatible with hook surfaces

Thread options

• Custom color – choose any color
  

How to order

After purchase, send us a message with the following information:

1. Background color – default: black (see photos for available options)
2. Border color – default: black
3. Text color – default: white
4. Top and bottom text – required
5. Font style – default: font n.1 (see photos for samples)
6. Flag – default: Italian flag (other flags available, please ask)

If no preferences are provided, we will use the default settings.

⚠️ Please check text and colors carefully before submitting your order. Refunds cannot be offered for text errors once production has started.

Iron-on application

1. Set iron to cotton-linen (no steam)
2. Position the patch with the adhesive side on the fabric
3. Cover with a thin cloth, silicone paper, or towel
4. Press firmly for 35–45 seconds (do not move the iron)
5. Let cool, then iron from the opposite side
6. Wash inside out in a gentle machine cycle; air dry

Do not apply to nylon, vinyl, or leather. Do not tumble dry. Do not bleach.

• Italy: Poste Italiane (3–7 business days)
• Europe and international: Poste Italiane (7–14 business days)
• Any customs duties outside the EU are the responsibility of the buyer.

Returns

We accept returns within 15 days for unused items in original condition. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer, except in case of a defective item. Please contact us before returning any item.
