Available Sizes

• Small: 30 mm × 80 mm
• Medium: 30 mm × 100 mm
• Large: 40 mm × 120 mm
• XXL: 40 mm × 140 mm

We recommend a maximum of 10–12 characters for the Large size. The text will be automatically adjusted to the patch dimensions. The text is embroidered exactly as provided: uppercase → uppercase, lowercase → lowercase.

Attachment Options

• Heat-seal/Iron-on – quick application with an iron
• Full Velcro (Hook & Loop) – complete removable system
• Loop-side Velcro – compatible with hook surfaces
• Raw Backing – ideal for sewing onto any material

How to Order

After purchase, send us a message with the following information:

1. Background color – default: white (see photos for available options)
2. Bow color – default: red
3. Text and border color – default: black (for other colors, please ask)
4. Text to embroider – required
5. Border color – default: black

If no preferences are provided, we will use the default settings. Gold and silver colors are embroidered with metallic effect thread.

⚠️ Please carefully check the text and colors before submitting your order. Refunds cannot be offered for text errors once production has started.

Iron-On Application

1. Set iron to cotton-linen (no steam)
2. Place the patch with the adhesive side on the fabric
3. Cover with a thin cloth, silicone paper, or a towel
4. Press firmly for 35–45 seconds (do not move the iron)
5. Let cool, then iron from the opposite side
6. Wash inside out in the washing machine on a delicate cycle; air dry

Do not apply to nylon, vinyl, or leather. Do not tumble dry. Do not bleach.

Shipping

• Italy: Poste Italiane (3–7 working days)
• Europe and International: Poste Italiane (7–14 working days)
• Any customs duties outside the EU are the responsibility of the buyer.

Returns

We accept returns within 15 days for unused items in their original condition. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer, except in the case of a defective item. Please contact us before returning any item.
